Ensure only ticketed guests are in appropriate areas
Ensure backstage access is only granted to those with appropriate passes
Lookout for medical emergencies and alert appropriate staff when necessary
Work and communicate with full-time security staff to maintain safe environment for all guests and performers

Grand Floridian Resort & Spa - Gasparilla Island Grill In addition to the tasks listed below, I was a certified Disney Trainer and helped to train new cast members to our department. I also was on the grand re-opening team for the restaurant, and was cross-trained at the Polynesian Resort's Kona Coffee Bar. I was also awarded the Quarterly Guest Service Award - the first College Program participant to be awarded this at the Grand Floridian.
As a hostess and server assistant at White Orchids Thai Cuisine, I spent much of my shifts implementing the following skills:
Answering phones
Taking orders
Greeting guests
Seating guests
Managing tables
Clearing tables
Prepping silverware and spice racks
Cooking
I also love to cook. I am mostly self-taught, but was given the opportunity to learn from award-winning professional chefs at Disney World's Grand Floridian Resort while I worked there. These are some of the dishes I've cooked!
